Job description

Missions:

1 / WEB AND DIGITAL COM
– Weekly update of the Âme Strong website under wordpress (content integration: agenda of upcoming dates, links to newsletters, photos, videos, texts, …)
– Update of the “mini-sites” of the groups created on the “wix” platform.
– Optimization of natural referencing (implementation of an SEO strategy for the general site de l’Âme Strong and wix sites)
– Community management: animation des RS (FB, Linked In, Insta)

2 / COMMUNICATION, GRAPHIC CREATION AND DIRECT MARKETING
– Creating and sending newsletters (1 / week) on Mailchimp (alternation of public and private customers and prospects)
– Creation of visuals for the RS
– Occasional creation of paper media (flyers, playbills, group files, etc.)
– Punctual communication during events (Going out, Lille la nuit, FB, graphics, …)

3 / OLD COMPETITIVE AND SALES SUPPORT
– Increased curiosity about the sector’s activity (possible new service places, new market players, development of communication distribution channels (event referencing sites, platforms, etc.), competitor services, etc.
– Improved sales support tools when needed (“reseller kit”)
– Relay with the partner events of Âme Strong for the transmission of information (price lists, group communication, visibility of service offers)

Long-term internship (6 months) OR alternate internship in the school year 2022-2023

Description of the profile sought

From Bac +3 to Bac +5 in the development of web / IT projects applied to communication / digital / video marketing
Required skills and qualities:
– Good knowledge of the web and digital communication tools (this little geeky side that guides you 🙂
– Appetite for the world of live entertainment and for music in particular
– Mastery of WordPress and DTP software (Adobe suite)
– Writing skills (faultless syntax and spelling) and interpersonal skills
– Good listening and adaptation skills
– Autonomy, curiosity and perseverance
– Taste for a job well done
– Rigor and sense of organization
– Some knowledge / skills in video editing (Première, Final Cut) would be a real plus – Video shooting / taking photos of the performances
– Video editing and upload (youtube, FB, website, etc.)
