Weather – Offenbach am Main – Sunshine over Easter in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland – Panorama

Offenbach (dpa / lrs) – The people in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland can look forward to a friendly Easter weekend with lots of sunshine. Holy Saturday starts cloudy, but it quickly clears up in the morning, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced on Friday in Offenbach. In the afternoon the sun shines mostly – with maximum temperatures between 14 degrees in the Eifel and up to 18 degrees in Saarland. On the night of Sunday, the temperatures then slip to plus four and minus two degrees. The sky stays clear. Widespread frost near the ground must be expected.

The sun will also shine on Easter Sunday: according to the DWD forecast, temperatures will rise to a comfortable 16 to 19 degrees, and to 16 degrees at high altitudes. A weak to moderate wind will blow from the east. According to the DWD, on Monday night it is sometimes cloudy, sometimes clear, and the temperatures drop to five to minus one degree. On Easter Monday there will be a few clouds over both federal states, but there will be a lot of sunshine in between. It stays dry with temperatures between 17 and 20 degrees.
