Offenbach (dpa / lhe) – The weather on the first weekend of spring is cheerful to mixed in Hesse. At least on Saturday the sun shone in many places at the beginning of spring. Nevertheless, the temperatures in some places were more reminiscent of winter. There was even still snow on the Großer Feldberg im Taunus, which thickly wrapped walkers enjoyed with a clear view of the Rhine-Main area.

The temperatures drop to minus four degrees.

Drizzle and light snowfall also dominate during the day. According to the DWD, it only clears up a little on Sunday afternoon, temperatures rise to eight degrees.
