The hotel’s employees adhere to the Corona measures very well. We felt very safe. We were very well informed about the current situation and about the hotel at the reception at check-in.
Our wishes during the stay were met in full. The staff is really very friendly, courteous and warm.
It is important to them that you feel comfortable and in good hands.
We thought it was great that the rooms had no carpets and enjoyed our view of the Matterhorn from the balcony.
You are not allowed to walk through the hotel in ski boots, which we really appreciated because it was very quiet and we were able to relax really well without any disruptive factors.
The only thing we suggest to improve is the placement of coat hooks outside the wardrobe. We do not want to hang up our ski clothing to be washed after it has been used.
