Many do not know what to do with apples: after all, this year’s harvest is great. In addition to jam, pies, drying fruits, you can make a refreshing aromatic juice. And in winter, you can safely serve it to the table.

Ingredients:

  • apple juice – 1 l.;
  • sugar – 100 gr.
  1. We cut each apple in half. We clean the core: remove the seeds, cut out dark and wormy places.
  2. We process fruits through a juicer. Decant the juice into a separate container.

  3. The cake does not have to be thrown away. You can make a marshmallow, for example.
  4. If as a result you want to get the purest and transparent drink, then after removing the foam, strain the liquid through cheesecloth or a sieve.
  5. We put the juice on the fire.
  6. Apples can be sour, so a little sugar should be added. Put it in a saucepan with hot juice and stir. Heat a little more over low heat.
  7. Our vitamin drink is ready for the winter. There is only one thing left to do: pour into the jars and tighten the lids.
