We narrowly miss the deadline on July 11, but for those who need a vaccine

In mid-March, Flemish Minister for Welfare Wouter Beke (CD&V) promised that all adults would receive their first shot before 11 July. The target date will be missed by a hair: 35,000 young people – 0.4 percent of adults – are still waiting for an invitation. However, every adult will have received their invitation before 11 July.
