Tonight, between Saturday and Sunday, around 1:45 in the morning, an alarm was sounded in various areas of Jerusalem, followed by many explosions – apparently due to successful interceptions by the Israeli air defense systems.
According to testimonies that reached “the whole city” – in many neighborhoods of the city dozens of flashing lights were observed in the sky – apparently from both the Iranian missiles and the intercepts sent by Israel.
Despite this – apparently there were no casualties and no damage was caused.

It should be noted that in almost all neighborhoods where interceptions were observed in the sky – the residents complained that first they saw a “show” of lights and interceptions in the sky, and only 30 seconds later an alarm sounded.
In addition – in various areas of Jerusalem – in the Pet neighborhood, at Pisgat Ze’ev and even in the Jewish quarter – many residents claimed that during the Aezka – sounds of jubilation and joy were heard from some of the Arab residents in Beit Tzafa (near Pet), in Shuafat (adjacent to Pisgat Ze’ev) and in the Old City (the Jewish quarter).
