The Shediac and Banlieues Commission is currently recruiting for the following permanent full-time position:
Wastewater collection and treatment operator (level II)
Qualifications:
• Level II certification in wastewater treatment and / or collection, desirable;
• Field inspection and equipment maintenance experience desirable;
• Good communication skills in both official languages (oral and written), required;
• Above-average troubleshooting capacity;
• High school education and related experience;
• Possess a class 5 driver’s license with air brake endorsement, desirable;
• Share 24/7 on-call duties with other operators, required;
• Safety related training desirable;
• Experience with SCADA systems desirable.
