2021 will be a great year for Potter fans! Not only can fans look forward to the release of Fantastic Beasts 3, but they can also imagine themselves in the wonderful Wizarding World of JK Rowling.
The moment every Potter fan has been waiting for years has finally come: Warner Bros. and game developer Avalanche will launch a genuine open world game set in the ‘Harry Potter’ universe next year!
The action RPG, called Hogwarts Legacy, takes players to the famous Hogwarts wizarding school of the 1800s where they will star in their own magical adventure. Players will be able to explore familiar and new environments, meet magical creatures, make potions, learn spells and forge friendships to become the wizard they want to be.
In the game you take on the role of a student who gets a late invitation to attend school at Hogwarts. Once there you discover that you have a special gift: perceiving and mastering a very old form of magic. Whether you use this gift for good or bad purposes is entirely up to you.
Attentive readers will have noticed that we wrote ‘student’ and that is certainly not a typo. In Hogwarts Legacy you can shape your own character from head to toe. From choosing a gender to everything that goes into appearance. You name it.
