Want to escape, Jouska’s customer asks the police to hold his hands

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Jouska’s client legal adviser, Rinto Wardana, admitted that he had heard information about the plan of the CEO of PT Jouska Finansial Indonesia (Jouska), Aakar Abyasa Fidzuno, who plans to flee to Australia. This was done to avoid the obligation to compensate Jouska’s clients.

According to Rinto, in the Investigation Report (BAP) at Polda Metro Jaya up to November 12, 2020, there were 35 victims of Jouska’s investment with a loss of Rp. 13.81 billion.

“I have heard the news and it turns out that my client had previously conveyed the concern that there was a potential that Aakar’s brother would run away,” Rinto told the media crew, Thursday (12/11/2020).

For this reason, in this report, he wrote a special letter addressed to investigators so that Aakar would be arrested immediately.

“I have brought a letter, namely a letter requesting that Aakar be arrested immediately, so that the investigator will immediately secure the evidence related to the criminal act that we report,” he said.

Aakar’s plan to leave the country has caught on in the media reports lately.

Detik.com reported that Aakar was about to flee to Australia because there was a colleague in the Kangaroo Country.

“He mentioned that there was already a plan to escape to Australia. Why to Australia? If I’m not mistaken there are relatives or old friends there and he has already said this in front of us,” wrote the source.

The plan to escape Aakar was strengthened by the news that his wife had stopped practicing at a hospital. Aakar’s wife is known to be a pediatrician at a hospital.

“Two weeks ago I heard that his wife had resigned as a doctor at Hermina,” he said.
