Social apartments are being built on the site. According to initial reports, a concrete walkway connecting two buildings collapsed Monday morning. Two workers ended up under the debris.

One of the victims had to be freed by emergency services. Both victims were then taken to hospital. Little is known about their condition at the moment, although there would be no danger to life.
