Viva Aerobús users wait up to 5 hours to take their flights

One of the users who would board his flight before noon, Arcadio Acevedo denounced that the clients had already waited more than five hours to board a flight to Guadalajara which generated annoyance among the people, whose majority had arrived at Tuxtla Gutiérrez to spend the Christmas and New Year holidays.
