Visiting bars are expelled from stadiums, announces Liga MX – El Financiero

Mikel Arriola also declared that, As of today, the Corregidora Stadium is suspendedand during the week a determination will be made by the Disciplinary Commission of the Mexican Soccer Federation about a possible veto of the venue.


“As of today we cannot generate football activity in the stadium, that must be resolved by the disciplinary commission, but as a preliminary measure, you cannot have activity in this stadium.”

The president of Liga MX pointed out that “we must respect the current figures”regarding the people injured in the fight, as well as the data on deceased people, which according to the governor of the state of Querétaro, Mauricio Kuri González, “there were no deaths.”

Finally, Mikel Arriola assured that these measures mean a “first step” so that the activities of Liga MX can return to normal soon.
