The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is working on a mechanism for obtaining visas for Russian citizens. He is also looking for a country that will represent the interests of Ukraine in Moscow.

“Firstly, we have existing agreements with visa centers of the Russian Federation as far as we were informed at a government meeting by Deputy Foreign Minister Nikolai Tochitsky. Secondly, proposals will be submitted to the President of Ukraine in order to choose a country that will temporarily represent the interests of Ukraine in the Russian Federation“, he noted.
According to Nemchinov, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will additionally inform about the method of obtaining a visa and its cost. So far, citizens can cross the border according to the current rules.
