Virtual Poland – Everything important

Everything indicates that it is still far from the finals of the case between Krystyna Pawłowicz and Tomasz Lis. The editor-in-chief of “Newsweek” apologized to the judge of the Constitutional Tribunal and former MP of Law and Justice in the weekly. However, the statement is not consistent with the court’s judgment – says Pawłowicz.

The latest issue of the Newsweek weekly published a statement by Tomasz Lis, in which he apologizes to the judge of the Constitutional Tribunal and former MP of PiS, Krystyna Pawłowicz , for violating “good name, honor and dignity”.

The editor-in-chief emphasized that the April 2016 text “contained unsubstantiated and untrue statements about Mrs. Krystyna Pawłowicz,” and the publication itself contained “untrue information about the plaintiff’s private and family life.”

The person herself referred to this statement. According to Pawłowicz, Lis did not make an apology as assumed by the court’s judgment. In her opinion, his statement should have different dimensions. “In this situation, I will take advantage of the opportunity offered by the second paragraph of the judgment, i.e. I will publish Tomasz’s apology at his expense,” Pawłowicz said on Twitter.
