How to request a virtual appointment for attention at the ONP?
- Enter the ONP website: www.onp.gob.pe
- At the bottom you will see the option “What do you need? ONP Services “
- Locate the area: “I want my pension” and click on the option “How to request an appointment with the ONP”
- Finally, the official link will open (www.onp.gob.pe/paginas/solicitudvirtual) where you can select your type of management by placing your personal data

How can I create my virtual key to view my account statement in the ONP?
- Enter the virtual platform of the ONP or click directly to: appvirtual.onp.gob.pe/appvirtual
- Click on the option “I want my virtual key”.
- Enter your DNI number. Then your cell phone number and your email. This data will then be validated on the platform.
- Answer the validation questions such as your father’s or mother’s names. Also select if you are a pensioner or only contributor.
- Finally, you will receive an email confirming your request within a maximum period of 24 hours.
