The Puncak Highway Congestion had gone viral on social media. A photo uploaded by an account on Twitter social media shows sightings of hundreds of motorbikes piled up on Jalan Raya Puncak.
The account states that the photo-taking point is on Jalan Raya Puncak, precisely around the Attaawun Mosque and paragliding tours (hang).
The Bogor Police Satlantas confirmed the traffic jam. However, congestion occurs due to the effect of blocking vehicles ahead of the implementation of the one-way or one-way system to Jakarta.

If the traffic is heavy, said Ardian, then the flow of vehicles to Jakarta will be delayed (beheaded) at certain points. Obstacles to congestion will occur if many motorists soar when the current draining process is carried out.
“Well, at that time, the vehicles from above (the peak towards Jakarta) we arrested first, we were pending. So the impact of the delay was that the motorbikes soared through the middle lane,” said Ardian.
“So there is so much volume of two-wheeled vehicles that pass at the pending point, that’s why there is a buildup of two-wheelers around the attaawun up to the hangar,” he added.
Ardian added, the flow of vehicles on Jalan Raya Puncak to Jakarta today is indeed quite busy. This is due to the accumulation of the number of vehicles that have arrived since Friday-Sunday. Peak Highway traffic is getting more congested because of the added flow of shipments from the Cianjur area.
“For motorbikes that are monitored around the Attaawun mosque to hang gliding (paragliding tours) it is indeed an extraordinary vehicle condition,” said Ardian.
