Quebec is doing well at America’s Got Talent. At the end of the televised auditions, five local artists won over the judges of the televised competition.
“It’s really fun to see that Quebec talent is recognized on such a big stage. I don’t see why one of us couldn’t win the show this year, ”says Alexandra Côté.

The young woman from Thetford Mines impressed Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum and Sofia Vergara with the help of her two border collie, Tesla and Louka, in an episode that aired last month. The one who has devoted herself for an entire year to her dog training center sees in America’s Got Talent a showcase of choice for his company.
“My primary objective with the show is to make myself known. And I’m already getting a lot of messages since my audition broadcast, so it’s been successful. Obviously, the grand prize would help me improve my center, offer other services … but that would be a bonus, ”she says.
