Drafting- A young man was arrested this Wednesday morning after a raid by the Judicial Investigation Agency.
The 22-year-old man was arrested at the sector of San Juan de Dios, in Desamparados, by agents of the Assault Section.
In addition to the arrest of the man, the authorities managed to seize important evidence in the raid.
The bailiffs seized clothing important for research.
It transpired that the twenty-year-old is a suspect of the crime of Assault on a commercial premises, specifically chicken sales.
According to the judicial police report on the case, the young man is linked to Causes that occurred in the months of December 2021 and January 2022.
The crimes, according to the complaints, were recorded in businesses located in the sectors of Aserrí, San Rafael Abajo, and San Rafael Arriba in Desamparados.
According to the authorities, the suspect operated at night, between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
The way of operating in the assaults was the same. The young man came to the shops on a motorcycle, wore a helmet and entered the shops and, under threat with a firearm, robbed money and belongings of both dependents and customers.
Finally, the suspect was placed at the order of the Public Ministry, so that his legal situation could be determined.
