SPIŠSKÁ NOVÁ VES – The hockey players of HK GROTTO Spišská Nová Ves won Sunday’s match of the 36th round of the Tipos extraliga over HK Dukla Ingem Michalovce 5:1.
The foundation of the victory was laid by Spišiaci already in the first period, in which they created a three-goal lead. One of the most beautiful moments of the meeting was provided in the fifth minute by Martin Réway, who returned to Slovakia at the beginning of the year after a short stint in Germany.
Réway proved that he can still do it with a clever puck win and an excellent goal finish. Posila Spišiak has played 10 matches in the Tipos Extraliga so far, in which he collected the same number of points for three goals and seven assists.
It was the first victory for Spišiak after three losses, and they will spend the upcoming international break in fourth place. Michaloviec players lost the fifth game in a row.
