New emergency intervention this Friday 2 December in the Pietralba district, located at the entrance to Ajaccio. The alarm was raised around 8pm by a local resident following a fire that broke out in a factory located on Avenue du Mont Thabor. A dozen men rushed to the scene to put out the flames. Despite the timely intervention of the fire brigade, the plant suffered serious damage.
At around 10.30pm the fire was declared under control.
For now, the exact circumstances of the crash are still unknown.
