The user annoyance that remain day and night in the queues to fill gasoline at all stations in the state Lara has been felt in recent days with the closures of some roads in protest of the delay of up to 7 days in the distribution of fuel.
And that same protest was witnessed by Carmen Melendez this Thursday in the surroundings of Av. Libertador when a caravan of late-model vehicles were blocked at the height of 42nd Street by users who were waiting to fill gasoline stations that remain in the area.
At the 3 stations that are close to the Bolivarian Dome in the west east they have had huge queues in the last two weeks. On Thursday the protest occurred with the passage of Carmen Melendez’s caravan in high-end Toyota trucks.
The users closed the way and they did not allow the trucks to continue along Libertador Avenue. The only option they had was to return, passing over the islets that divide the channel of the Barquisimeto Mass Transportation System (Transbarca) with the express channel of this important road artery.
The video of the episode went viral and hundreds of users criticized the attitude of the drivers of these trucks who violated the land traffic rules.
