Video: A new discovery of the cosmic moon dance in space within seconds

Lunar photographer Andrew McCarthy has taken a number of pictures of the moon as it sets and then wanes through an almost complete orbit, and you may think that these shots are science fiction, but they are very real scenes and show the extent of the moon wiggling in the sky during each 27-day orbit.

The oscillation known as vibration is considered a rite phenomenon, but the stunning shots show how the angle of the moon changes as it rotates while it keeps the same face but not the exact same face due to the tilt of its orbit and its shape as it is seen from different angles over the course of a month.

And when the month is compressed through a number of shots that do not exceed 24 seconds, the changing vision of the moon makes it appear as an oscillating one, and it is called libration, a word that comes from balance, as the angle of the moon is changed as it rotates in an amazing cosmic dance.

In his 40-second video clip, consisting of thousands of images aligned on top of each other, the moon appears to make some vibrations during its rotation, which McCarthy described as a cosmic dance.

While this transformation allows observers to see many moon pits from different angles and in different lights. During the past month, the lunar photographer worked on his largest project so far, in an attempt to show the unmistakable spherical nature of the moon.
