VIDEO. A caracal captured in the town of Pietrosella

A caracal was caught this Saturday evening in the town of Pietrosella, in the Isolella sector.

Local residents had seen and even filmed the feline, also called the desert lynx or the Persian lynx. Several firefighters and gendarmes from the Cauro brigade were notably mobilized during this delicate intervention.

The wild animal was then taken in charge by the competent services for its identification
