Vikul said more than 100 people lived in the apartment building that collapsed in the Russian rocket attack.

“Residents of this building and the surrounding houses, which have been damaged, are temporarily housed at the Temporary Reception Center. They have everything they need,” Vikul said in a statement.

“Rescuers from different areas of the city have eliminated the consequences of damage to the surrounding buildings, there are 30 houses, a school and a hospital. People will not be left without help,” she added.
