Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) mentions Viani Limardi would embarrass himself by bringing his dismissal case to court. Viani also assessed that PSI was panicking.
“When people panic, it’s very obvious, right? I feel sorry for them, after all they have been friends with me,” said Viani, to reporters, Thursday (21/10/2021).
Vianu admitted that he was sad to see the current quality of PSI. He saw PSI had lost the line of struggle.
“Sad to see the quality they are now. Have lost the spirit of virtue and the line of struggle that I initially thought we had together,” he explained.
Viani also challenged to open up about the evidence of dismissal. He considered that PSI should have reported to the anti-corruption agency regarding the alleged mark-up.
“It’s good, we will open all (evidence) in court. Or if necessary, report it to the authorities regarding corruption. If you have strong evidence, don’t report it to the media, the media is not an examining agency or corruption investigator,” said Viani.
Previously, Secretary of DKI Jakarta DPW PSI Elva Farhi Qolbina PSI claimed there was strong evidence on which PSI fired Sis Viani. Elva said Viani had been embarrassing PSI all this time.
“We have strong evidence as the basis for his dismissal. By suing the Court, Viani will actually only embarrass himself. It has been enough for him to humiliate PSI by acting arrogantly,” said Elva.
Elva emphasized that Viani’s dismissal was not carried out immediately, but through a long evaluation process. Elva said the evaluation started from the DKI Jakarta PSI DPW level, the Directorate of Faction Development and PSI Legislative Members, the Fact Finding Team (TPF) and PSI DPP, including asking for Viani’s clarification.
Elva said PSI was ready to face Viani Limardi’s lawsuit. He hopes that the war of opinion between PSI and Viani can be resolved in court.
“We continue to maintain integrity in PSI, both cadres and legislative members. We are here to work for the community and far from being arrogant. All PSI cadres and even legislative members must be ready to be monitored and dare to take responsibility,” said Elva.
