It turned out to be no childish prank at all. The girl whose neighbors heard the scream was one of the victims; she received a gunshot wound. Later it turns out that another man is wounded.

As a result, security forces are forced to go on an assault.

According to preliminary data, the shooting of a hunting rifle from the windows of his apartment was arranged by the former general director of the Hammer and Sickle factory. 50-year-old Dmitry Pavlov held this position in 2013. There is information that he did not work there for two months – the contract with him was terminated. However, investigators are checking this information now.

As a result of a shootout during the arrest, one of the employees was injured. The Investigative Committee instituted three criminal cases – under the articles “Attempted murder”, “Hooliganism” and “Attempt on the life of a law enforcement officer.”
