If the bike is moved without authorization, an acoustic alarm sounds. The user is also informed about what is happening via the app’s push notification. GSM tracking also enables localization at any time. If your bike actually disappears, there is a special service from Vanmoof. The manufacturer tries to track down the bike within two weeks. If that doesn’t work, you will get a new bike. However, this service is not included in the purchase, but must be purchased for 290 euros and is limited to three years.
