Given the circumstances, the uniformed men proceeded to call out those involved, who disregarded the order and began to flee quickly, which generated a brief pursuit that culminated in their capture.

Quiñonez explained that the apprehended respond to the names of Néstor Rafael Leal Pérez (37), Luis Leal López (43), Deyran Jesús Abigail Galíndez Fernández (24) and María Gabriela Guerrero Jiménez (34).

After the respective routine body search of the individuals, they were seized cash in bills of different denominations in national and foreign currency. This evidence, together with the detainees, was taken to the Plaza Bolívar Police Coordination Center.
