Vadim Titushko: From Infamy to Ukrainian Armed Forces

As it turned out, Vadim Titushko is fighting in the Ukrainian Armed Forces – as part of the 72nd Brigade.

It became known that Vadim Titushko was fighting at the front. It was his name, after the story of the attack on journalists in 2013, that gave rise to the new term “titushki” – people who, for money, organize provocations and disperse peaceful protests.

According to the military man, since April 2022, Titushko has been fighting in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as part of the legendary 72nd brigade “Black Cossacks”.

Who is Vadim Titushko

Let us recall that Vadim Titushko “became famous” throughout Ukraine in May 2013 after an attack on journalists Olga Snitsarchuk and Vladislav Sodel.

Then he made do with a conventional term.

During the Revolution of Dignity, “titushki” began to be called all athletic young people who, by order of the Yanukovych regime, tried to forcefully disperse peaceful protests or committed provocations.

Although they wrote on the Internet that during the bloodiest days of the Revolution of Dignity in February 2014, Titushko took the side of the Maidan and allegedly even stood at a checkpoint on the highway that did not allow transport with dubious persons to go towards the capital.

In 2018, Vadim Titushko again made headlines. He was involved in a robbery case in the Kyiv region. Then the police put him on the wanted list.

In August 2020, Vadim Titushko was arrested. Then he was sent under house arrest.

In the comments “To the Commander-in-Chief” The Ministry of Justice reported that from 2021 to 2022 he was not in jail.

In September 2022, the court closed the criminal case against Vadim Titushko. At this time, information appeared that Titushko was in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
