The police in the US state of Tennessee came across a detained toddler in a completely dirty caravan full of dogs, rodents and snakes. The Henry County District sheriff is now investigating three people aged 42 to 82 for severe child abuse, massive cruelty to animals, marijuana production and other crimes.
According to this, officials had followed a tip on suspected animal cruelty when they found an 18-month-old boy in a caravan – locked up in a dog kennel.
