A committee of experts from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA, for its acronym in English) recommended this Tuesday the approval of the vaccine against covid-19 from the Moderna pharmaceutical company for children and adolescents between 6 and 17 years old .
With 22 votes in favor and none against, the FDA advisory committee suggested approval of the vaccine for this age group, considering that the benefits outweigh the possible risks.
