CONAKRY- This is the end of the false suspense which surrounded the candidacy of Mathurin Bangoura. At the end of a meeting held in the afternoon of this Friday Conakry, the G47 composed of 47 statutory members, chose the former president of the Guinean Professional Football League to be the candidate for the presidency of the Féguifoot. Even if some left the meeting room contesting the choice of some, Mathurin was unanimous.
Doctor Mikailou Sampou from Wakriya is chosen as first vice-president of this list, Thierno Abdoulaye Bah 2nd vice-president and Louis Camara from AS Mineurs de Sangarédi, 3rd vice-president. Please note that this list is sponsored by Mamadou Antonio Souaré, former president of the Guinean Football Federation.

After former Guinean international Abdoul Karim Bangoura AKB, General Mathurin Bangoura is the second declared candidate for the post of president of the Guinean Football Federation. It should be noted that the contenders have until this Friday at midnight to submit their candidacy files for the elections scheduled for November 25. A new management team will then be put in place following the votes, a team which will then lead the destiny of Féguifoot for the next four years.
