The mobilization bill cannot tighten liability. All toughening of liability relate to the Criminal or Administrative Code and are introduced separately, in a separate bill.
People’s Deputy Yegor Chernev said this during the telethon.
“This bill regulates slightly different norms, but we are definitely not talking about administrative or criminal liability,” he emphasized.
Let us remind you that the Verkhovna Rada will consider the updated bill on mobilization at its meeting on February 6. Before this weekend, January 20-21, the Committee on Homeland Security, Defense and Intelligence will consider proposals and comments on the bill.
