TRIBUNNEWS.COM – Update on the suicide bombing at the Makassar Cathedral Church, the perpetrator is found to be two people, male and female.

The police continue to investigate the suicide bombing at the Makassar Cathedral, Sunday (28/3/2021).

Head of Public Relations of the South Sulawesi Regional Police, Kombes Pol E Zulpan said the police had carried out the identification process of the suicide bombers.

The identification process was carried out by the Inafis Team and DVI and Puslabfor Polda Sulsel.

The team collected the pieces of the perpetrator’s body around the scene.

From the provisional identification, the perpetrators were identified as two people, male and female.

“The one that is a man is still attached to his motorbike, what is even worse is that this is a woman,” said Kombes Pol E Zulpan, quoted from TribunTimur.

The identity of the perpetrator has not been revealed

Even though they have confirmed the two perpetrators and their gender, the police have not been able to reveal the identities of the two perpetrators.

This is because the condition of the bodies of the two perpetrators who have been destroyed.
