Tijuana Baja California.– During a persecution and shooting, in which Octavio Leal Hernández participated, “The Loyal Chapito”, young entrepreneurs of Coparmex lived moments of anguish, because one of the criminals entered the premises of the agency in this city.
Coparmex demanded that the Government take actions to provide security to the population.
Last Wednesday, the board of the Young Entrepreneurs Commission of Coparmex was held, when a subject entered the building to protect himself; behind him came a group of at least six police officers with long weapons.
In videos shared on networks, young people are seen on their knees with their hands up, while municipal officials shout: “We are looking for him”, and signal to them to remain on the ground.
“There was a panic, there was a nervous breakdown, because there were ladies, and I have no doubt that the gentlemen also got scared is not something you see every day, but it was a fortuitous situation.
“They were scared by the weapons, you do not know who is the good or the bad, when you see a gun you panic; there were no hostages, but the boys were protected until the Public Ministry came, but it took almost an hour for the boys here “said Roberto Rosas Jiménez, president of Coparmex Tijuana.
He demanded that the authorities provide conditions of peace to the citizens.
Yesterday it was confirmed that “El Chapito” Leal was apprehended along with seven other people, one of them injured by a firearm, after an assault on a lot of used cars in the El Chamizal neighborhood, which led to a chase to the Rio area .
According to unofficial versions, Leal belongs to the Arellano Felix cartel.
