Unknown vandals are aiming for outdoor art exhibitions

An outdoor art exhibition on a university site in Darmstadt’s Hochschulstrasse was targeted by unknown vandals between Friday afternoon (13th) and Monday morning (16th).

According to the current state of knowledge, the strangers tore a total of seven pictures from their attachment, which damaged the exhibits. In addition to the damaged photographs, the vandals also targeted a concrete bollard, which was also torn from its anchoring. As part of the investigation, it must be examined why the unknowns let their destructiveness run free. Overall, the damage is estimated at several thousand euros.
