The university is a complex, multi-layered organization that requires overarching concepts and processes. The Department of University Development supports the rectorate, faculties and central institutions in this regard.
It provides specific planning aids and administrative support in all aspects of university development. The department is involved in quantitative analyzes to support decision-making (course monitoring, capacity and admission controlling), the qualitative further development in studies and teaching (evaluation, accreditation, university didactics) as well as in target and performance agreements and the university development plan.
