Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood Celebrate 30th Anniversary of Jurassic Park with Exclusive Activities and Merchandise

June will be the month of the dinosaurs in Universal Orlando Resort y Universal Studios Hollywood! The famous parks unite to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the film Jurassic Park. Theme park guests will be able to celebrate one of the greatest movie adventures ever created with exclusive merchandise, food and drink specials and screenings of the iconic 1993 film.

• Jurassic Park en Universal Islands of Adventure: Universal Orlando guests can pass through the iconic Jurassic Park gates at Universal Islands of Adventure and explore an immersive area that brings exciting experiences inspired by the acclaimed franchise, including the “Jurassic Park River Adventure” attraction, where a boat ride will turns into a jaw-dropping eight-story drop to escape a ferocious T-rex and “Jurassic World VelociCoaster,” the fastest and highest launching roller coaster in Florida.
• The Jurassic Park Tribute Store: the immersive store opened on May 26 and invites guests to explore the history of the blockbuster film as they venture through a series of themed rooms that highlight everything from pre-production elements like storyboards and maps to photo spaces recreating memorable scenes from the iconic film. Visitors can also shop for exclusive 30th anniversary merchandise, including clothing, hats, key chains, plushies, collectibles and more.
• Jurassic themed menu: Visitors to Thunder Falls on Islands of Adventure can enjoy a new Coconut Churro Box (a caramel-infused churro drizzled with coconut flakes and caramel sauce) and Prehistoric Raptor Wings (Chicken wings marinated in olive oil and spices, then drizzled in a sweet chili sauce and served with cilantro-lime rice, black beans, and plantain chips.) And starting June 1, guests can also enjoy an exclusive flavor of Fanta for Jurassic Park’s 30th anniversary: ​​the “Wild Refresher.”
• Jurassic Park screenings at Universal Cinemark in CityWalk: Guests can catch screenings of the original Jurassic Park film on June 9, 10 and 11 at Universal Cinemark.

• Jurassic Park 30th Anniversary Exclusive Merchandise: Universal Studios Hollywood will celebrate the 30th anniversary of Jurassic Park with a variety of merchandise, from clothing and plush to collectibles honoring the film. Select items will be available at UNIVRS and the Universal Studios Store, both in CityWalk, and inside the theme park at the Universal Studio Store and Jurassic Outfitters, located adjacent to “Jurassic World—The Ride.”
• Jurassic-themed food and drink offerings– A selection of anniversary food and drink offerings will be served at Jurassic Cafe, located next to “Jurassic World—The Ride”. The new menu will include grilled meat and vegetable skewers, Brazilian cheese bread, raptor hummus, coconut flan, Dino chocolate tres leches cake and a family feast. Also, visitors can quench their thirst with Jurassic World-themed Boxed Water or order the famous menu Isla Nu-Bar, which will be expanded to include a new cocktail “Jurassic Water” and dinosaur-themed wines: Pterrior Dactyl Rosé and White-Osaurus. Plus, cocktails can be served in a new souvenir glass, the Volcano Tiki Cup.
• Jurassic Park on the big screen at Universal Cinema AMC in CityWalk: viewers can attend screenings of the original film at Universal Cinema AMC on June 9.
