The video clip showed Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak standing to hand over their graduation certificates to graduates, but was surprised by one of the students moving with her hand.
Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak threw the girl’s graduation certificate on the table and refused to hand it to her like the rest of her colleagues, according to the video.
