Reddit may be bigger than you think. Daily visitor figures have been announced for the first time
Normally we hardly deal with information about visitor numbers for a website or app here at Apparata. Everyone knows that hundreds of millions use Facebook every day, Instagram, WhatsApp And so on. But this time we do consider such a number and in this case it is Reddit.
Why? Well, simply because the US website has never published figures like this in the past. A unique development. Opposite The Wall Street Journal Reddit says the site accounted for a daily visit of 52 million people in the month of October this year. An increase of no less than 44 percent compared to the same month in 2019.
Reddit is a creative social network where you can go for stories, content, videos and groups. Every month there are hundreds of millions of people who visit the website. Yet the platform is a lot less mainstream compared to Facebook. The seasoned Apparata reader will know it, but whether your parents are also familiar with it? Chances are they know Facebook or Instagram, for example. In that respect, Reddit still has a long way to go to be among these giants.
