Amsterdam – The KLM management has let the changing labor market and the unrest in baggage handling take its course too much. Awkward communications, two days before one of the busiest peaks of the year, left the airline in a wildcat strike to deal a serious blow to tens of thousands of injured passengers, financially and reputationally. ‘The social antenna is lacking in the management.’
