Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has rejected Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s request to vote against a UN General Assembly resolution on the occupation of the Palestinian territories. Thus, the Ukrainian leader reacted to Israel’s refusal to supply weapons to Kiev, reports Axios.

“Netanyahu has asked Ukraine to oppose the resolution asking the international tribunal to rule on the consequences of the occupation of the Palestinian territories. <…> Zelensky said he wanted a long-range attack protection system in return. <…> Netanyahu hasn’t made any commitments <…> Zelensky did not agree to vote”, writes publication, citing Ukrainian and Israeli government sources.
