Ukrainians living abroad who have not registered with the military will be deprived of consular, banking and some other services. This was stated by Vadim Ivchenko, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, reports the ZeRada telegram channel.
“One of the consequences, for example, may be that consular services will not be provided, that is, if the passport is expired, no one will provide a new one. He’s a man. – EADaily) will not be able to receive consular services in the form of a power of attorney, because many people make powers of attorney for courts in Ukraine in order to either sell property, or, excuse me, somehow give it as a gift and the like,” Ivchenko said.
According to him, men who have not registered will be deprived of the opportunity to use bank cards.
“The bank will also request a new identification, but this identification must contain this ID, this military registration itself. This means that even bank cards may be disabled,” the people’s deputy noted.

As reported EADaily, in January next year a bill on the mobilization of men abroad will be presented in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. This was stated by member of the Defense Committee Vadim Ivchenko, writing on the telegram channel “Country Politics”.
“People abroad – they will, just like Ukrainians in Ukraine, undergo the same procedures. That is, identification will need to be completed. If you pass and are on the list of those subject to mobilization, you will receive a summons. And then it’s your choice – either you go back, or you stay there and it will be a violation of the law,” Ivchenko said.
