It turned out that the woman is a citizen of Ukraine
Eyewitnesses said that she was lying between the parked cars and did not react to anything. A child, dressed in overalls, but without a hat, was on top of her.
People tried to help the woman. As it turned out, she was dead drunk and barely managed to bring her to her senses. Later it turned out that she had 3 ppm of alcohol in her blood (approximately 0.5 vodka drunk).
The doctors who arrived at the call did not find threats to the life of a drunk citizen and a child.
The child turned out to be a stranger
Then it got even more interesting. It turned out that the woman is not the mother of the child, but the aunt. She went out for a walk with her 5 month old nephew and stopped answering calls.
When the child’s mother arrived at the place with her husband (both are citizens of Ukraine), it turned out that they were also tipsy – the woman had almost 1 ppm of alcohol, and the husband – 1.5.
The child was temporarily removed from the family. While the issue is being resolved, a Ukrainian woman found with a child unconscious faces up to five years in prison.
