After the attack, Russia suddenly received a wave of criticism from various parties. The Army of the Red Bear Country is considered to have committed war crimes, because it killed the lives of Ukrainian civilians.
However, Russia turned out to have a strong reason why it launched an attack on public facilities in Kremenchuk. Konashenkov, who serves as spokesman for the Russian Ministry of Defense, revealed the facts.
