Ukraine Increases Minimum Wage and Cost of Living in 2024 Budget Law

With the entry into force of the law on the state budget 2024 in Ukraine, the minimum wage and the cost of living increased from January 1, 2024.

This is stated in the EP article.

From January 1, the “minimum wage” increases from UAH 6,700 established in October 2022 to UAH 7,100.

The second increase planned for 2024 will take place on April 1 – up to UAH 8,000.

The cost of living is also changing: 3,023 UAH for able-bodied persons, 2,563 UAH for children under six years of age, 3,196 UAH for children from six to eighteen years of age, 2,361 UAH for persons who have lost their ability to work.

The overall cost of living increases from UAH 2,589 to UAH 2,920.
