The Ukrainian army said on Friday that it had killed another high-ranking member of the Russian armed forces in the fighting. He is allegedly Major General Andrei Kolesnikov, commander of the 29th Army of the Eastern Military District. The Russian side has not yet confirmed the information. This would be the third general of the Russian army, whose death Kyiv has announced since the start of the Russian invasion on February 24.
