Daniel Küblböck is to be declared dead
According to a report by Passauer Neue Presse the entertainer, who became known through the first season of DSDS, is to be declared dead at the end of September.
Whether his father, Günther Küblböck, made the application, wanted to do so the spokeswoman for the local court, Dr. Angela Häring, make no statement. Günther Küblböck, like the investigators, is convinced that his son has committed suicide. According to the Absence Act, spouses, life partners, parents or children are entitled to apply.
As the law provides, the Passau District Court has now launched a final official appeal.
