Two teenagers have been detained for shooting a father with a pneumatic weapon in the territory of the “Golden Key” kindergarten, informs the State Police.
The incident happened early last week when a man was carrying a blow while taking his son to the garden. A small ball of copper hit the chin. Criminal proceedings have been initiated for hooligan activities related to property damage and bodily injury. The detainees are 14 and 15 years old, says Edgars Zaķis, a representative of the Riga Zemgale District Criminal Police Department.
